LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence
I/We Oysterfleet PLC hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Oyster Beach Brasserie and Sport Bar, 99 - 101 Ness Road, Shoeburyness, Southend on sea, Essex. SS3 9DA. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: Hours of supply of alcohol Mon - Sun 8.00 to 24.00. Provision of late night refreshment Mon - Sun 23.00 t0 24.00. Provision of regulated entertainment Mon - Sun 8.00 - 24.00. Responsible Authorties or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority, (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be in writing by 15th August 2017. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13 ) Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS2 6ZG. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, address given above between 10.00am and 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays or on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk. it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, an d the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
