(Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) (Consolidation) Order 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in accordance with Regulation 21 [special provisions for Consolidation Orders] of The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, proposes to make the above titled Order with the effects detailed in Parts 1 and 2 to this notice.
PART 1
A. REVOCATION OF ORDERS - The Orders specified in the Schedule to PART 2 of this notice are hereby revoked

B. REPRODUCTION OF PROVISIONS OF ORDERS - The provisions of the Orders specified in PART 2 of this Notice are reproduced in this Consolidation Order without addition or amendment to the schedules and without prejudice to other Orders or similar provisions, which remain in full force and effect. The pre-amble to the schedules will be amended to clarify the requirements of the provisions within the schedules.

NB. A Consolidation Order is not an opportunity for making changes
