THE HARROW (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS)(AMENDMENT NO.*) TRAFFIC ORDER 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above mentioned order under Sections 6, 7, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
2. The Harrow (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools)(Amendment No.*) Traffic Order 201 'proposes to make the following amendments to existing school keep clear stopping prohibitions;
(a) Nower Hill School, George V Avenue - amend the prohibition start time from 8.30am to 8am.
(b) Stanburn First & Junior School, Abercorn Road - amend the prohibition start time from 8.30am to 8am.
(c) The Sacred Heart Language College, High Street Wealdstone -extend the 25.56 metre road marking by 9 metres in each direction to total 43.56 metres.
3. The Harrow (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools)(Amendment No.*) Traffic Order 201 'proposes to introduce two new school keep clear stopping prohibitions as follows;
(a) Grimsdyke School, Sylvia Avenue, between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 79 and 81 Sylvia Avenue and a point 31.56 metres south-east of that point. Hours proposed are 8.30am to 9.30am & 3pm - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
(b) Woodlands School, Bransgrove Road, the south side, between a point 2.50 metres east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 46 and 48 Bransgrove Road and a point 2.50 metres west of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 38 and 40 Bransgrove Road.. Hours proposed are 8.30am to 9.30am & 2pm - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
4. A copy of the proposed order, including documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals, are available for inspection at request between 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Civic Centre. They are available for inspection until the expiration of a period of
21 days from the date on which this notice is published. Notice and plans can be viewed at www.harrow.gov.uk or by scanning the QR code on this notice.
5. All objections and other representations relating to the proposed orders must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Traffic, Highways and Asset Management at the address given below quoting reference DP2017-15 and received not later than 23rd August 2017.
