Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Tendring District Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Brook Park West Clacton on Sea C015 4EF for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
