SOUTHEND-ON-SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL

(KENILWORTH GARDENS WESTCLIFF-ON-SEA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Kenilworth Gardens westbound carriageway from its junction with A1158 Southbourne Grove to its junction with Middlesex Avenue/ Mountdale Gardens.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2017 to 4th August 2017 from 19.30 hours to 06.00 hours the following morning or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting The alternative route will be via A1158 Westbourne Grove, Cavendish Gardens, Manchester Drive and Middlesex Avenue.Access for Emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained where possible.

The Order will come into effect on 31st July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or unti the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst carriageway resurfacing

works take place.

(BLENHEIM CHASE LEIGH-ON-SEA)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Blenheim Chase westbound and eastbound

carriageways from its junction with Elmsleigh Drive to its junction with Eastwood Road and The

circulatory carriageway of the roundabout, at its junction with Blenheim Chase, Eastwood Road,

and Tudor Gardens.The works will be done in phases and signed accordingly on site.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2017 to 16th August 2017 from 19.30 hours

to 06.00 hours the following morning or where appropriate signs are showing and weather

permitting.

The alternative route for Blenheim Chase will be Elmsleigh Drive (Station Road), A13 London Road, Eastwood Road and vice versa.The alternate route for the roundabout resurfacing works will be via Eastwood Road North, Elmsleigh Drive (Station Road), A13 London Road and vice versa.Access for Emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained where possible The Order will come into effect on 7th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(CHELMSFORD AVENUE SOUTHEND-ON-SEA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Avenue from its junction with Harcourt Avenue to its junction with Sweyne Avenue and from its junction with Harcourt Avenue to its junction with North Road. The work will be carried out in phases and each phase will be signed on site.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August to 18th August 2017 from 08.00 hours to

17.00 hours daily or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting

The alternative routes will be via North Road and Sweyne Avenue and vice versa and will be signed

on site.Access for Emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained where possible.

The Order will come into effect on 14th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or

until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(THE DRIVE WESTCLIFF-ON-SEA)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ENTRY) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of The Drive from its junction with Kings Road to its junction with Leasway. The work will be carried out in phases and each phase will be signed on site.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st August to 25th August 2017 from 08.00 hours to 17.00 hours daily or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting The alternative routes will be via Kings Road, Chalkwell Avenue, The Ridgeway and Ridgeway Gardens and vice versa and will be signed on site.Access for Emergency vehicles, residents and pedestrians will be maintained where possible.

The Order will come into effect on 21st August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst carriageway resurfacing

works take place.

Any veh icle wa it ing in contravent ion of any restrict ion/proh ib iti on imposed by th is Not ice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice and removed under the provisions of the Traffic Management

Act 2004.
