Notice of application to Basildon Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by Obsession Hair & Beauty Ltd in respect of 10 Western Rd, Billericay CM12 9DZ for the Sale of Alcohol (1000-2100hrs daily). The application may be inspected during office hours by appointment at The Licensing Dept, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon SS14 1DL, where written representations must be received on or before 16 August 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
