Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the B4349 from B4348 to Arkstone Court Road, Kingstone, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: B4349 from B4348 to Arkstone Court Road at the junction with the B4348 OS Grid Ref: 341525 / 236045. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via None and vice versa. The said closure is required due to the installation of a new communications cable and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 31st July 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
