NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U65630 Crumpton Hill, Storridge, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U65630 Crumpton Hill between Oakhaven and Brookwood OS Grid Ref: 375522 / 248618. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4219 onto the A4103 onto Half Key road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to the installlation of a new water service connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 31st July 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
