Notice of Application For A Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Social Events Worldwide Ltd. has applied to Darlington Borough Council on 27/07/2017 for the grant of a premises license to use the premises at Market Square, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5PX, in respect of the provision of regulated entertainment and the sale by retail of alcohol, from 17:00 on Friday 13th October 2017 to 23.00 on Saturday 14th October 2017. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24/08/2017 , stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 5QT. The Register of Record of Application can be viewed by members of the public during office hours at Darlington Borough Council Licensing Office, or accessed online by visiting http://www.darlington.gov.uk. Representation shall be made in writing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises license. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
