Building Maintenance services contract Ruskin College is an independent College sited approx. 3 miles from Oxford city Centre who specialises in providing educational opportunities for adults with few or no qualifications with the aim to change the lives of those who need a second chance in education Expressions of interest are sought from M&E services organisations that can demonstrate a strong local leadership and experience in all areas of Mechanical, Electrical and General Maintenance / Small project work to support the College throughout our main campus and the adjoining Student residential areas, in order to maintain the excellent facilities presently offered by the College.

We are looking for a local, well-resourced company that can support not only the existing maintenance team in their day-to-day maintenance regime throughout the College (the existing team will be transferred to your employment under TUPE), but has the ability through their own management resource to provide on-going professional input that will offer positive guidance and support to the College’s Senior Management Team as they develop their future strategic building services requirements. Experience of providing a full range of these services within similar environments or other residential / academic institutions is essential.

The College is intending to offer an initial contract for 3 years with a potential 2 year extension, which will commence, from circa mid October 2017 (date to be agreed with successful tenderer) We would expect the successful tenderer to be prepared to negotiate a best value budget within agreed service levels and quality requirements.
