(EAST VIEW, FISHBURN) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
The Council proposes in not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, to close to all vehicular traffic a 15m length of East View (outside no. 1), Fishburn by reason of carriageway reconstruction works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under the Order is 18 months and is required from 14/08/17 for the duration of the works anticipated to be 2 weeks. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative route: There is no alternative route available.
