The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The application may be inspected on-line at www. warrington.gov.uk or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26 - 30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA11XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application (including objections) should submit them in writing to the Development Services Support Team by e-mail devcontrol@warrington.gov.uk or letter to New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH within 21 days of the date of this notice. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
