Notice is hereby given that, on 26 July 2017, a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Hippo Beers Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC406534) and having its registered office at 128 Queen Margaret Drive, Glasgow, G20 8NY ("the Company"), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Julien Irving and Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2RW, be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 27 July 2017 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Julien Irving and Stuart Robb to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
