TOWN AND COUNTRYPLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State givesnotice of the proposal to makeanOrder under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an eastern and western part width of  Durrington Byway 31 (DURR31) at Larkhill, in the County of Wiltshire.
If made,the Order would authorise the stopping up only to enable development to be carried out should planning permission be granted by Wiltshire Council. The Secretary of State gives notice of the draft Order under Section 253 (1) of the 1990 Act.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be availablefor inspection during normal opening
hours at Amesbury Library, Smithfield Street, Amesbury,SP4 7AL in the 28 days commencing on 3August 2017, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the address stated below quoting NATTRAN/ SW/S247/2962.
Any person mayobject to the making of the proposed order by stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk or National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR, quoting the above reference. Objections should be received by midnight on 31 August 2017.
