NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 20 OF SUBMISSION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT TO SUPPORT A PLANNING APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
I hereby give notice that Smiths (Gloucester) Limited has submitted an Environmental Statement to Gloucestershire County Council, in support of their application to vary planning permission 11/0017/ STMAJW for Revised Proposals for Energy from Waste Plant for Non Hazardous Wastes at the Resource Recovery Centre at The Old Airfield Industrial Estate, Moreton Valence which was submitted to the council on the 27 January 2017.
A copy of the application and other documents including the Environmental Statement can be viewed during normal office hours at Smiths' offices at Alkerton Court, Eastington, Stonehouse, GL10 3AQ or on the Council's website: http://planning.gloucestershire.gov.uk/publicaccess/ until the 26th August 2017.
Copies of the Environmental Statement can be obtained from Smiths' offices in Eastington. A paper copy of the Environmental Statement costs £50 including postage and packaging or a computer disc copy at a charge of £15.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing, quoting the reference 17/0008/STMAJW to Kevin Philips, Team Leader, Environment Department, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Gloucester, GL1 2TH by 26th August 2017.
