Notice of an application under the Licensing Act 2003 to St Albans City and District Council for a grant of a premises licence by The Bishops Cave Ltd in respect of premises known as 19 Holywell Hill, St Albans AL11BZ. Application: Alcohol to be available for purchase between the hours of 10:00 and 23:30 Sunday-Thursday and between 10:00 and 00:00 Friday-Saturday. Live music between the hours of 19:00 and 22:30 Tuesday-Saturday.

Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL13JE no later than 15 August 2017 stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected, Mondays-Thursdays 8.45am-5.00pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm. or atwww.stalbans.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale (£5000).
