Temporary Road Closure King Street, Twickenham (Reference 17/129)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water valve repair works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in King Street, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, proceed, wait or stand in King Street, Twickenham at its junction with Queens Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 3 August 2017. The restrictions will be in force from 7pm until 11 pm on 3 August 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closures shall be available via Heath Road, The Green, Staines Road, Hospital Bridge Road, Chertsey Road, Whitton Road and London Road.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Queens Road, Richmond (Reference 17/128)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Queens Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Queens Road, Richmond from its junction with Stafford Place to a point outside the southern boundary of Ancatser Court.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 August 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 August 2017 until 20 August 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closures shall be available via Richmond Hill, Friars Stile Road, Marchmont Road and Queens Road and vice versa.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Dean Road and Rectory Grove, Hampton (Reference 17/127)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Dean Road and Rectory Grove, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Dean Road from its junction with Dean Road to a point outside No 19 Dean Road;
(b) no person shall cause or [permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Rectory Grove from its junction with Dean Road for a distance of 15 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 31 July 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 31 July 2017 until 26 August 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closures shall be available via Hanworth Road, Loxley Road and Rectory Grove and via Dean Road, Hanworth Road and Loxley Road.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Beauchamp Road and Mary's Terrace, Twickenham (Ref: 17/123)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate junction widening works, have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is introduce restrictions to traffic in in Beauchamp Road and Mary's Terrace, Twickenham,
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the following lengths of street-:
(a) Mary's Terrace, from a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 3 and 4 Mary's Terrace to its junction with Beauchamp Road;
(b) Beauchamp Road, from its junction with Marys Terrace to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 21 and 23 Beauchamp Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 29 July 2017. The Order will be in force between 8am and 3pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive from 28 July 2017 until 18 August. The provisions of the order will be in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Strafford Road, Richmond Road, York Street, Arragon Road, London Road and Railway Approach and vice versa. The closure of Mary's Terrace at its junctions with Railway Approach and Station Yard shall be suspended.
5. Nothing in this Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Twickenham Road, Teddington (Reference 17/125)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Twickenham Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Twickenham Road between its junction with Teddington Park Road and a point outside Marlow House.
3. The order will come into effect on 31 July 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 31 July 2017 until 2 September 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works. The works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs
4. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Whitton Road, Twickenham (Reference 17/130)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water main repair works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Whitton Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand on the south-eastern side of Whitton Road, from a point outside No 189 Whitton Road to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 199/201 Whitton Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 August 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 August 2017 until 11 August 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works. The works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Footpath Closure Public Right of Way No 235 (Reference 17/126)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate various improvement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a footpath closure of PRW 235 which links the bridge over the River Crane with Marsh Farm Road.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may proceed in that length of PRW 235 which links the bridge over the River Crane and Marsh Farm Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in effect, a signed alternative route for pedestrians will be available via adjacent streets.
4. The order will come into effect on 31 July 2017. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 31 July 2017 until 20 August 2017. The provisions of the order will be in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (SPECIAL EVENTS) (VARIOUS STREET PARTIES) (NO. 3) ORDER 2017 VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BOROUGH (Reference 17/131)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 24 July 2017 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of street parties in various streets in the borough to allow residents to celebrate a special event within their community.
3. The streets which will be closed are listed in the Schedule to this notice. Full details of the lengths of street which will be closed and times when the closure will be in force will be contained in the order referred to in the next paragraph.
