SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT, 1925 RE: THE ESTATE OF MOLLY WINIFRED BALES (DECEASED)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that all creditors or others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Molly Winifred Bales (Deceased) late of 34 Cornwall Road, Cheam, Surrey SM2 6DT who died on 12 December 2016 and whose Will was proved in the High Court of Justice, Principal Registry of the Family Division, on 17 July 2017 by Nicholas Henry Keene Mallett as proving Executor thereof are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned by 29 September 2017 after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice and will not be Liable for the assets of the Deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
