LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) VICTORIA ROAD
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to install a new electricity main and because works are being executed near the road it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.
2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 31 July 2017, with works expected to take 2 weeks to complete. However the Order will remain in force for six months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in Victoria Road, Sutton introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions 'no loading at any time'.
4. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time When these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) BANSTEAD ROAD, CARSHALTON AND SURROUNDING ROADS
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate electrical cabling works and because works are being executed on or near the roads it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.
2. The Order will come into effect on Tuesday 1 August 2017, with works expected to take 4 months to complete. However the Order will remain in force for 10 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time' (including suspension of Parking Bays) ln:-
*Banstead Road, Carshalton between its junctions with Downside Road and Hill Road;
*Blakehall Road;
*Carshalton Park Road between its junctions with Blakehall Road and Park Hill;
*Cumnor Road;
*Downside Road;
*Eaton Road between its junctions with Hillcroome Road and Cumnor Road;
*Glebe Road;
*Grosvenor Avenue between its junctions with Park Lane and Glebe road;
*Hillcroome Road;
*Hill Road;
*Langley Park Road between its junctions with Cumnor Road and Welesley Road;
*Park Hill between its junctions with Carshalton Park Road and Hill Road; and
*Upland Road between its junctions with Downside Road and Hillcroome Road.
Please note that not all of the suspensions will take place at the same time.
