ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 THE POOLE (BROOM ROAD) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) ORDER 2017 BROOM ROAD (MANNINGS HEATH ROAD TO THE ENTRANCE OF AISH LIMITED) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority is satisfied that traffic on the said road should be restricted and has made an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to stop/park on the temporary No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions (double yellow lines) from Mannings Heath Road to the first entrance of Aish Limited. THE PROPOSED RESTRICTION IS REQUIRED FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY.

The proposed Order is effective from Tuesday 18 July 2017 until Tuesday 17 July 2018. The Order is operative for the period mentioned above but will continue in force for the statutory period of eighteen months if required. Any person who uses or permits the use of a vehicle in contravention of the Order will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £400. Penalty Charge Notices will also be issued under the Traffic Management Act 2004 to vehicles contravening the restriction.
