EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 East Lothian Council (Former B1347, Haddington Road, North Berwick) (Stopping Up) Order 2016 TO - 295/15

East Lothian Council gives notice that it has made an Order under section 68(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to Stop Up a section of the former B1347, Haddington Road, North Berwick as a suitable alternative road exists.
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedules, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can beviewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council's website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
Any person may question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of the Act or relevant regulations have not been complied with, by making application to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of the Order being made.
