EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 East Lothian Council (New Row, Tranent) (One-Way) Order 2017 TO - 204/17
East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a One Way System in New Row, Tranent.
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order are attached below but can also be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington, however they are also available on the council's website atwww.eastlothian.gov.ukand on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 31 July to Friday 8 September 2017 during normal office hours. Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
