Any person wishing to make a representation to this application must do so in writing within 28 days of the application (so by 10 August 2017) to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU.
Representations can only be made on grounds of one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of public nuisance and crime and disorder; protection of children from harm, and public safety).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for doing so upon summary conviction is a maximum of £5,000.
