Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH KL26 (PART) KINGSLAND, (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2015 temporarily closing Public Footpath KL26 at OS Grid Reference SO 4503, 6293. The closure is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by a damaged bridge. There is no alternative route. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council’s website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 23 July 2017 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
