BOURNEMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL (PARKING REGULATION a ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2015 VARIATION ORDERS PROPOSALS

Bournemouth Borough Council has made the Orders as detailed below on 27th July 2017.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 27th July 2017 a copy of this Notice, maps illustrating the proposals, copies of the Order, the reasons for the proposals and copies of the Orders being amended, may be examined at; The Customer Services Centre, Town Hall Extension, Bournemouth on Mondays to Thursdays between 9am and 4.30pm, and on Fridays between 9am and 4pm.

REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 27th July 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose. The parking restrictions on the following roads advertised and consulted on between 24th March to 14th April 2017 will be implemented as advertised. These will become effective on 31st July 2017.

The speed limit advertised and consulted between 25th November 2016 to 16th December 2016 is due to be implemented as advertised on Avenue Road, Avenue Lane, Bourne Avenue, Braidley Road, Commercial Road.
This will become effective on 31st July 2017.
