NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 The Laughing Elephant Restaurant Company Ltd has applied to Trafford Council for a premises licence for The Laughing Elephant Cafe, 290 Hale Road, Hale WA15 8SP as follows:

To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00 daily, plus 30 minutes dispersal. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 23:30.
