THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN BOREHAMWOOD AND SHENLEY) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Rowley Lane, Borehamwood from its junction with York Crescent north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Alexandra Road, adistance of approximately 762 metres. An alternative route will be via Rowley Lane, A5135 Elstree Way, B5378 (Shenley Road/ Cowley Hill/Green Street/Woodhall Lane), London Road, Silver Hill, Well End Road and Rowley Lane.
2. that length of RectoryLane, Shenley from its junction with B5378 London Road eastwards for adistance of approximately 515 metres. An alternative route will be via B5378 (London Road/Black Lion Hill/Shenleybury), B556 (Bell Lane/Ridge Hill/St Albans Road), Blanche Lane, EarlsLane, Mimms Lane and Harris Lane.
3. that length of Pound Lane, Shenley from its junction with B5378 London Road northwards and north eastwards to its junction with RectoryLane, adistance of approximately 161 metres. An alternative route will be via B5378 London Road and RectoryLane.
4. that length of Harris Lane, Shenley from its junction with B5378 London Road north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with RectoryLane, adistance of approximately 888 metres. An alternative route will be via B5378 London Road and RectoryLane.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1August 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at thetimes indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF STUDIO WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Studio Way, Borehamwood from a point 30 metres south west of its junction with Rutherford Close south westwards to its junction with Korda Close ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 35 metres.
An alternative route will be via Studio Way, Rowley Lane, A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way) and Studio Way. The Order is needed because excavation works for the installation of a new foul and storm sewer are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 31 July 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF RED ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Red Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Holme Park south eastwards for adistance of approximately 20 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Red Road, Theobald Street and Red Road. The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 31 July 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF POUND LANE, SHENLEY) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Pound Lane, Shenley from its junction with Rectory Lane south westwards and southwards to its junction with Cage Pond Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 130 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Rectory Lane, B5378 London Road and Pound Lane The Order is needed because carriageway excavation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 14 August 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions
specified shall only take effect at thetimes indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN ELSTREE AND BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of A411 Watford Road, Elstree from apoint 278 metres south west of its junction with Aldenham Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 130 metres. An alternative route will be via A411 Watford Road, A5183 (High Street/Elstree Hill South), A41 North Western Avenue and A411 (Elstree Road/Watford Road).
2. thatlength of A411 Elstree Road, Borehamwood/A411 Watford Road, Elstree from apoint 355 metres north east of its junction with the A41 North Western Avenue/A41 Tylers Wayroundabout north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for adistance of approximately 186 metres. An alternative route will be via A411 Elstree Road, A41 North Western Avenue, A5183 (Elstree Hill South/High Street) and A411 Watford Road. The Order is needed because utility cabling works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
