Application has been made by Ashley Craig McCarthy to the Licensing Authority of Selby District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Ye Old Sun Inn at Main Street, Colton,Tadcaster, LS24 8EP The application includes the fol­lowing terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To delete conditions regarding occupancy, children, credit sales, public safety in substitution for new conditions relating to the same.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21 August 2017
