Notice of application to VARY
a Premises Licence
Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Limited. Address of Premises: Co-operative, 525 Bradford Road, Birkenshaw, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD11 2AQ. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number PR(A)1525. The purpose of this application is to vary the layout of the store following a refit and changes to Back of House. Along with structural changes, there will be a change to the shelving, units and tills which will incorporate Co-operative's brand. Conditions will apply and replace those currently in place. In all other respects the Licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 17 August 2017. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to: Kirklees Council, Licensing Service, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or www.kirklees.gov.uk.
