Order made: to close that part of C2076 The Holloway, Droitwich from its junction with B4090 Hanbury Road
to its junction with U41548 Charles Henry Road in order to facilitate gas works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41518 Charles Henry Road, U41517 Winslow Avenue, B4090 Hanbury Road and
vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5days Commencing: 31 July 2017.
(BR7604 Vines Footbridge, Droitwich)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of BR7604 Vines Footbridge, Droitwich, from its junction with B4090 Saltway to its junction with U41701 Vines Lane in order to facilitate bridge improvement works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: The Vines Footpath, U41703 Crossway Droitwich, U41701 Vines Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days Commencing: 31 July 2017.

Order made: to close that part of C2163 Odnall Lane, Clent from its junction with Adams Hill to its junction
with Mount Lane in order to facilitate BT works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2163 Odnall Lane, Violet Lane, C2003 Clent Roundabout, C2003 Bromsgrove Road, C2002 Church Avenue C2163 Odnall Lane and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 31 July 2017.
(Footpaths DW-510, Droitwich &SA-532 Salwarpe) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 26 January 2017 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths DW-510, Droitwich &SA-532 Salwarpe for their entire lengths, which was due to expire on 30 July 2017 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 31 January 2018 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order has been made to facilitate a new road and footpath. Alternative route is via Footpath DW-503, Droitwich, U41424 Newland Road and C2086 Newland lane and vice versa.
(C2001 Tutnall Lane, Tutnall)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2001 Tutnall Lane, Tutnall from its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane
for a distance of 119 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate networking works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2001 Tutnall Lane, B4096 Hewell Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 21 August 2017.
(C2143 New Road, Doverdale)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2143 New Road, Doverdale from its junction with C2074 Doverdale Lane to its junction with C2146 Broad Common in orderto facilitate BT works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2146 Broad Common, U40406 Horton Lane, C2074 Doverale Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 21 August 2017.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Worcestershire County Council Various Roads, Tutnall Restricted Roads and 40 mph Speed Limit Order 2001 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Tutnall) (30 mph and 40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
On 13 July 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the 30 and 40 mph speed limits on the following lengths of roads in Tutnall:- 30mph C2001 Tutnall Lane from its junction with B4184 Alcester Road in agenerally easterly direction to apoint 50 metres south west of its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane. U2207 Tutnall Close for its entire length. U22406 The Drive for its entire length.40mph B4096 Hewell Lane from apoint 70 metres south east of its junction with C2173 Blackwell Road in agenerally south easterly direction to apoint 730 metres south of its junction with B4184 Alcester Road. B4184 Alcester Road from apoint 434 metres south east of its junction with C2176 Dusthouse Lane to its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane. C2178 Brockhill Lane from its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane for adistance of 24 metres in a south easterly direction. C2001 Tutnall Lane from its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane for adistance of 50 metres in asouth westerly direction. C2001 Tutnall Lane Slip road from its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane to its junction with C2001 Tutnall Lane. C2001 Stoney Lane from its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane for a distance of 40 metres in an easterly direction. U22209 Hewell Close for its entire length. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 27 July 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order and any affected existing Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
