5. The Order will come into operation on the 04 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 2 days. However, the Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14, AS AMENDED VARIOUS STREETS IN COULSDON AND KENLEY -TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate network rail bridge repair works at Old Lodge Lane, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:
a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the schedule;
b) temporary closure to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified;
c) temporary close any adjoining streets to those specified in the schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress;
d) temporarily introduce banned turns or waiting restrictions at any time should this be required;
e) introduce parking restrictions where necessary to enable the works or the diversion route;
f) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate network rail bridge replacement works at Old Lodge Lane.
2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to;
(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or
(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.
3. Whilst the provisions of the Order remain in force, waiting or loading by vehicles will be prohibited at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified where work is in progress. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS BEATRICE AVENUE, NORBURY TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate contractor works to excavate to clear a blockage in the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Beatrice Avenue, Norbury.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Beatrice Avenue at its junction with London Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 10 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS ORCHARD AVENUE, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new sewer connection and other utility connections and disconnections, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Orchard Avenue.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -
(i) Orchard Avenue will be closed outside Nos. 68 to 70 Orchard Avenue;
(ii) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the work in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via the section carriageway of Orchard Avenue adjacent to the grassed island site, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 10 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the initial works will be completed within approximately 10 days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced for further works as necessary.
5. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
