NOTICE OF DECISION VATTENFALL WIND POWER LTD ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE ELECTRICITY WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017

Further to the notice of an application for consent to construct and operate a wind farm scheme at South Kyle Forest exceeding 50MW comprising 50 turbines with a ground to blade tip height of 149.5 metres, the application has been determined by the Scottish Ministers. Notice is hereby given that Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd has been granted consent by Scottish Ministers to construct and operate a wind generated power station, known as South Kyle Wind Farm, together with deemed planning permission under section 57(2) of the Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, with conditions attached to the consent and the deemed planning permission.
