(B4219 Cowleigh Park, Cradley, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order:
to close that part of B4219 Cowleigh Park, Cradley, Malvern from its junction with C2207 Old Hallow for a distance of 480 metres in a south westerly direction in order to facilitate drainage works to alleviate carriageway flooding. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4219 Cowleigh Road (Herefordshire County), A4103 to Crumpton Oakes Access, Storridge (Herefordshire County), A4103 from Halesend Grittles End, Storridge (Herefordshire County), A4103 Dragons Cross, A4103 Dragons Cross to Hereford Road, A4103 Hereford Road, A4103 Leigh Sinton, B4503 Malvern Road, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, C2207 Sayers Avenue, C2207 Cowleigh Bank and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 32 days Commencing: 14 August 2017.

(C2099 Mill Lane, Hanley Castle)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2099 Mill Lane, Hanley Castle from its junction with Backfields Lane to its junction with Mill Lane in orderto facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(U61403 Hollybush)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U61403 Hollybush from its junction with A438 Hollybush to its junction with U61403 Castlemorton in order to facilitate BT
Openreach works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U61403 Castlemorton, U61403
Castlemorton Common, U61403 Castlemorton from B4208, B4208 Castlemorton B4208 Coombe Green,
A438 Hollybush and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2days Commencing: 26 July 2017.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U63361 Spring Lane, Malvern from its junction with U63358 Spring Lane to its junction with A449 Worcester Road in order to facilitate carriagewayworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63358 Spring Lane, C2288 Pickersleigh Avenue, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 12 August 2017.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Osborne Road, Malvern]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Orderthe effect of which will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Malvern: Osborne Road (east side) from apoint 50 metres north of its junction with A449 Worcester Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in anorth westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk   to be received by 18 August 2017.
