Notice is hereby given that I, Steven Mahon have applied on 24th July 2017 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for premises at 30/32 Market Street, Bury, BL9 0AJ to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Wednesday 12:00 to 23:40, Thursday to Friday 12:00 to 01:40, Saturday to Sunday 11:00 to 01:40, Public Holidays 11:00 to 01:40

*and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:
*Music
*Singing,
*Dancing
*Live performers
*Playing of recorded sound
*Provision of Late Night Refreshment between the following hours: Monday to Wednesday 23:00 to 00:00, Thursday to Friday 23:00 to 02:00, Saturday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00, Public Holidays 23:00 to 02:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
