Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by AKS Partners Limited in respect of premises known as Dominos, 38 -40 Beam Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5LJ for a premises licence. The proposed application is:

The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 on Mondays to Sundays; To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Cheshire East Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CWI 2BJ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening office hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 11 August 2017 stating the grounds for the representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
