Notice Is hereby given that, we, Lldl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 St Helens Council for a Premises Licence for Lldl UK GmbH, Park Road St Helens WA11 9AA for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House Corporation Street St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30hrs and 16:30hrs. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House Corporation Street St Helens WA101HF or by email to
generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk by 23/08/2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited. 7307557
