Cheshire West & Chester Council Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule Adoption Statement
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule Adoption Statement In accordance with the Section 213 of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended) and the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended), the Cheshire West and Chester Council CIL Charging Schedule was formally approved and adopted by a meeting of Full Council on 20 July 2017. This included approval of the following associated documentation:
• Regulation 123 list; • Statement of Discretionary Charitable Relief;
• Statement of Discretionary Social Housing Relief;
• Instalments Policy; and
• Payments in Kind. The CIL Charging Schedule and associated documents will take effect on 1 September 2017. In accordance with CIL Regulation 25, Cheshire West and Chester Council has:
(a) Published the Charging Schedule and all associated documents on the website http://consult.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/portal/other/cil/  
(b) Made the adopted CIL Charging Schedule and associated documents available for inspection at the following locations:
• The Forum Office, Chester, CH1 2HS
• Ellesmere Port Customer Service Centre, first floor, Ellesmere Port library, CH65 0BG
• Frodsham Library and Integrated Services, Princeway, Frodsham, WA6 6RX
• Neston Library, Neston, CH64 6EQ
• 1 The Arcade, Northwich, CW9 5AS • Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AH
• And at all libraries within Cheshire West and Chester

(c) Given notice by local advertisement of the approval and adoption of the Cheshire West and Chester CIL Charging Schedule (and all associated documents) including details of where the Charging Schedule can be inspected;
(d) Given notice to all persons who requested to be notified of the approval of the Cheshire West and Chester CIL Charging Schedule.
