APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Chorley Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Hinds Head Inn, Preston Road, Charnock Richard, Chorley, PR7 5HL. The proposed variation is for the following:

* The proposed variation application is to submit a new plan to increase the licensed area to the whole boundary of the site.

* The application is also to request that the current Licensable Activities - Live Music & Recorded Music - be permitted outside and to also bring the hours in line with the current hours for Sale of Alcohol.

If you wish to make any representations In connection with this application, you must write to: Chorley Borough Council, Licensing Department, Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL on or before 18th August 2017. The Council's Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address. The register may also be viewed online at http://www.chorley.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a Premises Licence. The maximum penalty upon summary conviction is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
