1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 17th July 2017 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:

(a) in Fairdale Gardens:
(i) introduce 12 metres of "at any time" waiting restrictions outside Nos. 9 and 10 Fairdale Gardens; and
(ii) extend the existing "at any time" waiting restrictions by 3 metres opposite Nos. 3 and 4 Fairdale Gardens;

(b) in Foss Road:
(i) introduce "at any time" waiting restrictions across the footpath leading to Shiplake Court and adjacent to No. 9 Foss Road;
(ii) introduce "at any time" waiting restrictions in the north-eastern corner of Foss Road across the footpath adjacent to Nos. 1 to 10 Colnbrook Court; and
(iii) introduce "at any time" waiting restrictions across the access road to the underground car park below Nos. 1 to 10 Colnbrook Court;

(c) in Lockington Road, prescribe waiting restrictions for the entire length of Lockington Road, on both sides, operating between 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays;

(d) in Webb's Road, introduce 19 metres of "at any time" waiting and loading restrictions on Webb's Road outside Nos. 71 Webb's Road and 1 Chatto Road.

3. The general effect of the Battersea Park Parking Places Order will be to amend the existing parking places on the north-eastern side of Lockington Road in connection with the repositioning of the existing school keep clear marking and introduction of a new school keep clear marking outside Newton Preparatory School. There will be an approximate 6 metre loss of parking space.

4. The general effect of the Putney Parking Places Order will be to:

(a) remove 5 metres of parking place outside No. 49 Gressenhall Road to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 10.30am on Mondays to Fridays will be provided at this location;
(b) remove 5 metres of parking place outside No. 10 St Simon's Avenue to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays will be provided at this location; and
(c) make textual amendments to the Order in connection to Deodar Road.

5. The general effect of the Roehampton Parking Places Order will be to make certain amendments to the respective parent Order so as to reflect the scheme and enable robust enforcement.

6. The general effect of the Tooting Broadway Parking Places Order will be to join together the parking places outside Nos. 177 and 181 Trevelyan Road in place of a redundant single yellow line that previously protected access to the former builder's yard. This creates an additional 7.5 metres of parking space.

7. The general effect of the Wandsworth Common Parking Places Order will be to:

(a) reposition the parking place outside No. 69 Hendham Road to an equal distance between the vehicle crossovers of Nos. 67 and 69 Hendham Road so as to prevent obstructive parking;
(b) remove the parking place outside Nos. 105 and 107 Hillbrook Road to accommodate a new raised table at that location;
(c) extend the parking place on the south-east side of Hillbrook Road adjacent to No. 138 Brudenell Road by approximately 3 metres; and
(d) reduce the parking place outside No. 111 St. James's Drive by 0.5 metres.

8. The general effect of the Wandsworth Town Parking Places Order will be to join together the parking places opposite Nos. 8 to 10 Pentland Street and at the rear of No. 114 St. Ann's Hill in place of a redundant vehicle crossover. The existing single yellow line waiting restriction at that location will be removed.

9. The general effect of the Disabled Permit Parking Places Order will be to amend the descriptions of the dedicated disabled persons parking bays outside Nos. 101 and 103 Hillbrook Road so as to bring them in line with the on street layout.

10. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools Order will be to remove the existing school keep clear marking opposite Nos. 103 to 109 Hillbrook Road.

11. The general effect of the Cycle Parking Areas Order will be to designate the following areas on the south-west side of Hillbrook Road as cycle parking areas:

(a) 5.7 metres opposite No. 103 Hillbrook Road;
(b) 5.2 metres opposite No. 107 Hillbrook Road; and
(c) 5.8 metres adjacent to No. 88 Hillbrook Road.

13. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 24th July 2017, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

14. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below.

15. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
