Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by AKS Partners Limited in respect of premises known as Dominos, I - 3 Liscard Village, Wallasey, Wirral, CH45 4LA for a premises licence. The proposed application is:

The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 on Mondays to Sundays; To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Wirral Council, Town Hall, Wallasey, Wirral CH44 8ED where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening office hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than II August 2017 stating the grounds for the representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
