LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We SpeakeasySpirits UK Ltd. of 3Countess Way, Euxton,PR7 6PT, hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of compounding and rectifying spirits fo rretail and wholesale via mail order and online sales as follows:

* Sale of alcoholic spirit for consumption off the premises, by mail order,online and by telephone for delivery only
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Officer, Chorley Council,Civic Offices, Union St ,Chorley PR7 1AL,or by contacting the Licensing Officer via www.chorley.gov.uk not later than 15th August 2017. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one of the four licensing objectives, namely:

*Prevention of Crime and Disorder
*Prevention of Public Nuisance
* Public Safety
* Protection of Children from Harm
The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council's http://www.chorley.gov.uk IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be iable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
