The Secretary of State givesnoticeofanOrder made under Section 247 of the aboveAct entitled "The Stopping up of Highway(Yorkshireand the Humber) (No.28) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of the whole of the unnamed highway comprising the vehicle turning circle at the site of the former Bronte School at Valley View Close, opposite Bronte Drive at Oakworth, Keighley,in the City of the Metropolitan District of Bradford to enabledevelopment as permitted by City of BradfordMetropolitan District Council, under reference 16/06766/MAF.
Copiesofthe Ordermaybeobtained,freeofcharge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/2863) and maybe inspected during normal opening hours at Keighley Library,North Street, Keighley BD21 3SX.
Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question the validity of or anyprovisionwithin the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or that anyrequirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6weeksof20July2017 applytothe High Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order or of anyprovision included.
