Variation for a premise licence

Notice is hereby given that Gladwin Brothers Enterprises Ltd has applied in respect of Nutboume Restaurant, Unit 29, Ransome's Dock Business Centre, 35 - 37 Parkgate Road, London SW11 4NP for a variation to premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow A variation to the licensable area in accordance with the submitted plans (CBRE - 01 IO/0l/0l).  The variation will require amendments to the condition of the premises licence as follows:

Condition PS 180 can either be removed or re-worded to refer to the plans submitted with this application; Any embedded conditions that are out of date and no longer applicable under the Licensing Act 2003 could and should be removed as part of this application. The opening times, times for licensable activities and licensable activities permitted by the existing premises licence shall remain as currently permitted. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by end of 14th August 2017, to The London Borough of Wandsworth as Licensing Authority at Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SWI8 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk, where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours, it is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application
