Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the *Act*)The stopping of highways (London Borough of Sutton)(Land at Denbigh Close, Cheam, Surrey, SM1 2HS) Order 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton of Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SN1 1EA (the "Council") has drafted an order pursuant to section 247 of the Act in respect of land at Denbigh Close, Cheam, Surrey, SM1 2HS, all such land being in the London Borough of Sutton. The effect of the Order would be that the said land would cease to be public highway.
The Council is satisfied that it is necessary to stop up the highway in Denbigh Close to enable the implementation of a planning permission granted by the Council on 28th November 2016 (under reference number B2016/74611/FUL) For the development of the site at 3 Denbigh Close, Cheam SM1 2HS, for the erection of a detached three bedroomed dwelling, including one car parking space, following the demolition of existing garage, conservatory and outbuildings. The Council will formally consider any objections to the making of the Order which are submitted to it by 13th August 2017
Any objections must be In writing and sent to the South London Legal Partnership, Gifford House, 67c St. Helier Avenue, Morden SM4 6HY (quoting reference Ref. S/HB/1155-238). A copy of the Order and a map defining the land to which it relates can be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices at all reasonable hours until 13th August 2017.
