NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND
In accordance with the provisions of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 notice is given that Epsom & Ewell Borough Council intends to dispose of part of the open space, namely a flower bed boundary, known as Court Recreation Ground, Court Lane, Surrey by way of a transfer. A plan showing the approximate location of the affected land may be inspected at the council's offices at the Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5BY during normal office hours. Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made in writing to Mark Shephard, Head of Property, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5BY. Objections must be received no later than 4.30pm on Friday 21 July 2017.
