Presentation on Bromley Community Health Services

Members of the public are invited to attend a presentation on Bromley Community Health Services
on Thursday 20 July from 1pm - 2pm In Committee Room 1, Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 5HU.
Bromley CCG has awarded three new contracts for the provision of community health services which includes children and adults, GP out of hours, support for patients coming out of hospital, helping people to live healthily and independently at home Find out how the services have been re-designed and what differences we can expect. There will also be an opportunity for questions. This will be followed by a meeting of NHS Bromley CCG Governing Body In Committee Room 1 at 2.00 pm.
