LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (HEYS STREET, HASLINGDEN, ROSSENDALE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this notice.

1. No person shall cause any motor vehicle or cycle to proceed over the following length of Heys Street, Haslingden from its junction with Townsend Street to its junction with Back 5-29 Heys Street in the Borough of Rossendale.

2. The prohibition will be operative daily between 0900 hours and 1530 hours from Monday 24th July 2017 until Friday 4th August 2017 or until completion of the works within this period.
3. No diversion route – Access will be maintained will be maintained whenever & wherever possible The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.
