Royal British Legion Bovington Club Has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Club Premises Certificate under Section 71 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as and situate at Royal British Legion Bovington Club, King George V Road, Bovington Garrison, Wareham, Dorset BH20 6JQ and propose to cany out the following activities: Supply of alcohol, and/or A performance of Live Music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or Any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or Providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in making music or dancing (or entertainment of a similar description)

Interested parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2003, may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 2st July -17th August 2017 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 of the standard scale £5000, January 2005
