LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY

hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched with black diagonal lines and marked as Area 1 on the plan attached to the draft order:

(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway known as Land at Apex House, 820 Seven Sisters Road, London N15 5PQ (approximately 171.07 sqm).

IF THE ORDER IS MADE,
the stopping up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Grainger Seven Sisters Ltd planning reference HGY/2015/2915.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT
during the 28 days commencing on 21 July 2017 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT
to the making of the proposed order within 28 days commencing on 21 July 2017 by written notice to the Director of Legal Services, 5th Floor, River Park House, 225 High Road, London N22 8HQ (quoting reference HGY/2015/2915)

In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

Planning permission HGY/2015/2915 granted on 29 June 2016 for the demolition of existing building and construction of one 23 storey building (22 storeys above ground, previous description omitted ground floor) with single basement, one 7 storey building and 4no. 3 storey townhouses comprising residential (private and affordable) use, with 879 sqm of market (sui generis) or A2, A3, B1 flexible commercial floorspace at ground floor, servicing yard and associated plant and landscaping.
