THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD AND RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
a) that length of The Glebe, Watford from its junction with All Saints Crescent north westwards for its entire length, except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
b) thatlength of Homestead Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Station Road north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with A412 Park Road, adistance of approximately 150 metres. An alternative route will be via Station Approach and A412 (Rectory Road/the Ebury Road/ Uxbridge Road roundabout/Recory Road/Park Road/the High Street roundabout/Park Road).
2. The existing one way traffic system on Station Approach, Rickmansworth from its junction with Station Road westwards and north westwards to its junction with A412 Rectory Road, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
3. The existing prohibition of driving, except buses Order on Station Approach, Rickmansworth from its junction with Station Road westwards and north westwards to its junction with A412 RectoryRoad, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to use this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 July 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BUS LANE SITUATED ON THE SOUTH WEST SIDE OF A411 BEECHEN GROVE AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 'CHARTER PLACE', WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles and pedal cyclists from using the bus lane situated on the south west side of A411 Beechen Grove and on the north side of 'Charter Place', Watford from its northern most junction with A411 Beechen Grove south eastwards to its southern most junction with A411 Beechen Grove ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 187 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles and pedal cyclists when the works are being carried out. The Order is needed because excavation and utility connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 July 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WELLSTONES, WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Wellstones, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 275 metres.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Clarendon Road, High Street and Market Street.
The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 July 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MOOR LANE CROSSING, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Moor Lane Crossing, Rickmansworth from its junction with Olds Approach north eastwards for a distance of approximately 50 metres ("the Road"). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because the installation of a new telecoms mast is proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 29 July 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOUD WATER LANE, LOUDWATER)

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road north eastwards, south eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Sarratt Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 1027 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via A404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green and Loudwater Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUICKLEY LANE, CHORLEYWOOD)

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Quickley Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Rendlesham Way south westwards to its junction with Juniper Court ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 105 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Rendlesham Way, StagLane, Heronsgate Road and Quickley Lane. The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SOTHERON ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Sotheron Road, Watford from its junction with St Johns Road southwards to its junction with Sutton Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 308 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via St Johns Road, Queens Road and Sutton Road. The Order is needed because lead replacement works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF B462 HARTSPRING LANE, BUSHEY)
ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the southbound carriageway of B462 Hartspring Lane, Bushey from its junction with the A41 Elton Way/A41 North Western Avenue roundabout south westwards for a distance of approximately 16 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue, Otterspool Way, Berry Grove Lane, Bushey Mill Lane and B462 Hartspring Lane. The Order is needed because utility installation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN DELL ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Dell Road, Watford from its junction with The Harebreaks south westwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Gammons Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 204 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via The Harebreaks, Elm Grove and Gammons Lane. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 August 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
